Is your Animal highly Reactive or Anxious?

They're not Naughty.  They're in sensory overload! They need Help!

Are you worried, frustrated or embarrassed by your animal?

You're not failing. You're overthinking! You need Help!

Help is here!

Shelley's first question is always 'How can I help you?'  She's non judgemental & is all about listening to your individual situation with your animal, then tailor makes the sessions to enhance that relationship.

She works with mindfulness & non dominance to bring your animal into a more peaceful state of mind, where they feel safe & confident, to make better, calmer decisions in response to their environment.

This kind & common sense approach is a move away from more traditional training. It teaches your animal to self regulate their own behaviours & supports self healing.

Shelley uses a method called the Trust Technique, that enables your animal to reset themselves, develop their own confidence & begin to self regulate. For more info visit Trust Technique page

She then teaches YOU how to support your animal mindfully on a daily basis.

Your animal learns through direct experience that previously upsetting or over stimulating situations, when seen through their new peaceful eyes, are safe & do not require extreme behaviour responses.

Your animal feels gratitude & develops trust in you as the one who has enabled them to feel safe. They 'Let Go' of old anxieties & begin to enjoy life to the full with you, their human companion.
